Embedded Mental Health Counselors

In addition to the mental health services provided at Mental Health & Counseling’s clinics, the department also has 15 clinicians embedded within Yale College and various graduate and professional school programs. These counselors are assigned to specific schools or programs, with their offices located throughout campus for student convenience. The embedded counselors provide the ability to access brief counseling services, with online self-scheduling for appointments, for mild to moderate mental health needs.
