FYI

  • The department accepts both scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
  • You may schedule an appointment through MyChart (excluding patients with Medicare) or by calling the department at 203-432-8797.
  • When your provider orders immunizations for you, please call the Immunization Department to schedule an appointment.
  • You can still receive immunizations if you are ill with a mild cold. However, if you have a fever, you should not receive immunizations.
  • Before all injections, the nurse will provide you with a vaccine information sheet for all the immunizations you are about to receive. The most common side effect is soreness at the site of the injection.
  • New incoming students have immunization requirements. Please review these requirements on the forms page.
