Infusion and Medication Administration Center

Welcome to the Infusion and Medication Administration Center (IMAC)
Comprehensive Infusion Services in a Comfortable Setting
Located on the fourth floor of the Yale Health Center, the Infusion and Medication Administration Center (IMAC) offers comprehensive infusion services in a comfortable, private environment. Our friendly and caring staff provide our patients and their families with the best possible care.
Why Choose IMAC:
- Exclusive Use: All Yale Health members are required to use the Yale Health IMAC unless otherwise authorized or if the infusion is covered under the Yale-New Haven Hospital-Smilow contract.
- Expanded Services: Our on-site infusion and injection unit has expanded to enhance patient care capacity and comfort.
The IMAC project, led by an interdisciplinary team, received the 2024 Linda Lorimer Award for Distinguished Service. This effort focused on redesigning and expanding our space to increase care capacity and patient convenience, which are crucial factors in improving patient experiences and outcomes. Our commitment to innovative healthcare is evident through improved staff education, communication pathways, and patient collaboration.
