Dr. Alicia Little is a Yale Medicine dermatologist specializing in autoimmune skin diseases, and vulvar dermatology. As director of the Vulvar Dermatology Clinic, she provides compassionate, multidisciplinary care for complex and often sensitive skin conditions.
Her expertise spans autoimmune and inflammatory skin diseases—including lupus, dermatomyositis, lichen sclerosus, and eczema—as well as general dermatology, acne, and skin cancer screenings. Dr. Little enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting them through both new and chronic skin issues.
An assistant professor at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Little also conducts research on the immune cells involved in autoimmune skin conditions. Her goal is to uncover the mechanisms behind these diseases and help develop more effective treatments to improve patients’ quality of life.
