About Us
The Athletic Medicine Department treats intercollegiate varsity athletes who become injured or ill and encourages wellness.
If an injury or illness should develop while you are practicing or playing you should advise your athletic trainer so that appropriate medical follow-up can be arranged. Treatment programs are designed to return athletes to full competition as soon as safely possible.

Appointment Information
Returning students can schedule appointments online with MyChart. If you are a new Yale student and do not have a MyChart account, please call to schedule your first appointment.
If your visit includes a sensitive exam, treatment, or procedure, a medical chaperone will be required during that portion of the visit.
