The Member Services Department provides all of our members and Yale students with information about what their Yale Health plan covers, who is eligible, proof of coverage, and how to enroll. It serves as a general resource for information about Yale Health.

Meet Your Service Excellence Specialist/Patient Representative

We have a dedicated Service Excellence Specialist/Patient Representative to support you in working to address concerns, answer questions, and help shape a positive care experience. Here’s how they can help:

  • Listen and Support: We are here to listen to your questions, concerns, and feedback about your care experience.
  • Investigate and Clarify: Our specialist will promptly review any issues and work with clinical and administrative teams to understand what happened.
  • Partner and Resolve: We collaborate with you and Yale Health staff to reach fair, thoughtful, and timely resolutions to any concerns.
  • Improve and Enhance: Your feedback is invaluable. It helps us to continually improve the quality and safety of the care we provide.
