Magellan Rx Home

Magellan Rx Home is a separate service from the Yale Health Pharmacy. Magellan Rx Home offers our members the convenience of home delivery avoiding trips to the Yale Health Pharmacy to pick up your medications.

To enroll simply follow these steps:

  1. Ask your provider to have the prescriptions sent to Magellan Rx Home (either through MyChart, by phone or in person).
  2. Contact Magellan Rx Home (1-800-424-7549) to confirm their receipt of the prescriptions, provide your payment method, and to schedule your first delivery.
