Immunization Requirements for Yale University Healthcare Workers

Healthcare workers at Yale School of Medicine and other clinical facilities may need to schedule a screening visit with Employee Health during their first two weeks of work to review their immunization status and update their immunizations for the following vaccines or tests:

• COVID-19
• Hepatitis B vaccine
• Influenza (flu) vaccine
• Measles/Mumps/Rubella vaccines
• Tetanus-diphtheria, adult Pertussis vaccine
• Tuberculosis testing
• Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine
