Appointment Information

COVID-19 Guidance for Pregnant Women and Breastfeeding Mothers

You can book appointments up to one year in advance.

If you are coming in for a well-woman visit please complete the Preventive Care Visit Form and bring it with you to your appointment.

We provide preventive care, evaluate and treat women’s health issues, and provide care during pregnancy and birth.

When you have an unexpected illness or urgent medical concern, call us and ask to speak with our nurse coordinators or your clinician. We have appointments set aside to accommodate urgent concerns. We use a team approach, so there is always a clinician available to care for you if your primary care provider (PCP) is not available.

For non-urgent concerns (preventive care, test results, requesting appointments, questions about birth control, STI screening, etc.) you can send us a MyChart message or call us.

After-hours and weekends, the triage nurses in Acute Care (203-432-0123) are always available by phone for urgent issues and will help determine if you need to come in for an evaluation.

Prescription refill and renewal requests should be directed to the pharmacy.
