How We Can Help:

  • Billing Questions: Contact us with inquiries about your bills or charges from Yale Health.
  • Coordination of Benefits: Assistance with understanding and coordinating benefits with other insurance providers.
  • Premium Payments: Guidance on making timely premium payments.

Important Notifications:

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident or are dealing with a third-party liability or personal injury case, please notify us within 48 hours by calling our Optum partners at  866-341-0673.

How to Pay Your Bill:

We offer several convenient payment methods to suit your needs best:

1. Online Payment:

  • Credit Card: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
  • Phone Payments: Call 203-436-8882 to pay by credit card. Please have your invoice handy when you call.
  • Online Portal: Use our secure online pay portal.  to pay a bill. Have your invoice available for reference.

2. By Mail: Send your payment to:

Workers’ Compensation Cases:
