The Billing and Finance Department can assist you with questions about your bills, coordination of benefits (other insurance) and premium payments.

You should notify us at 866-341-0673 within 48 hours if you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident or are involved in a third-party liability or personal injury case.

If you would like to pay a bill:

• Payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) can be made by calling 203-436-8882 or by utilizing our online pay portal. Please have your invoice available when you access the portal.

Yale Health does not use MyChart for billing nor receiving payments.
