Dr. Randall joined Yale Health in 2017 as a Clinical Psychologist. She became the Associate Chief of Clinical Affairs in 2022. Prior to working at Yale, Dr. Randall was a staff psychologist and member of the Eating Disorder Team at Columbia University's Counseling and Psychological Services. She completed her postdoctoral training at Tufts University's Counseling and Mental Health Services and has additionally worked or trained at several other university counseling centers, including Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA, Rhode Island College in Providence, RI, and Bentley in Waltham, MA. Dr. Randall has experience providing services in inpatient hospital settings and worked for several years at McLean Hospital's Adolescent Acute Residential Treatment and Adolescent DBT programs. She additionally holds a Clinical Instructor appointment through the Yale School of Medicine and supervises clinical trainees at the Yale Pediatric Gender Program.

Dr. Randall is passionate about working with college and graduate-level students. She specializes in working with young adults who struggle with disordered eating and body image concerns. Additional clinical interests include anxiety, depression, bereavement, concerns related to gender and sexuality, and relational concerns.  She strives to offer gender-affirming, anti-racist, and trauma-informed care using client-centered, relational cultural, and third-wave cognitive behavioral approaches.
