Sundari Birdsall, LMSW (She/Her)

Sundari Birdsall initially joined Yale Health in 2022 as an embedded wellness counselor within the Student Mental Health & Wellness Program at Yale School of Medicine. She completed dual master’s degrees in public health and social work at the University of Connecticut, specializing in behavioral health integrated care. Prior to joining the staff at Yale Health, she worked at the University of Connecticut's Center for Students with Disabilities and Counseling & Mental Health Services.

Sundari has extensive training in secular mindfulness and mind-body interventions. She aims to provide a compassionate, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment for change to occur. She enjoys outreach education, programming, and teaching.
