Dr. Seyi Adeyinka joined Yale Health in 2023. She holds a B.A. in anthropology from Yale College, an M.P.H. in chronic disease epidemiology and global health from Yale School of Public Health, and an M.D. from NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
Dr. Adeyinka specializes in supporting young adults, particularly women of color and LGBTQ+ individuals. Her therapeutic approach incorporates psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness practices. She has a special interest in psychedelic medicine and has completed training in psychedelic integration and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
