Romina Tanellari, LCSW (She/Her)

Romina Tanellari joined Yale Health in 2023 as a Clinical Care Manager. She received her master’s degree in social work at New York University and completed internships with Wheeler Clinic and BHcare, where she later worked as a behavioral health social worker providing trauma-informed care to children and families. Prior to joining the team at Mental Health and Counseling, Romina worked in the Emergency Department at Yale New Haven Hospital providing crisis assessment and intervention to pediatric and adult populations.

Romina has worked with individuals and families in a variety of settings to advocate for their mental health needs. She has worked as a member of multidisciplinary teams in multiple systems. She utilizes crisis and solution-focused interventions and a strength-based approach to care.  Romina provides supportive, reflective, and collaborative care to individuals navigating various life challenges.
