Dr. Nancy Nealious joined Yale Health in 2021. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Wheaton College (IL), completed an internship at Clemson University and her postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor University where she trained as a trauma-recovery specialist.
Dr. Nealious has clinical interests in trauma recovery, spirituality, and identity development concerns. Dr. Nealious believes in the importance of a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to treatment and integrates a relational-psychodynamic psychotherapy with behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
