Lisa Ho joined Yale Health in 2021. They are currently the Program Manager of the Student Mental Health & Wellness Program at Yale School of Medicine. Prior to joining the staff, Lisa worked in New York City in hospitals, family justice centers, and community mental health. They also developed a day program with Columbia University Center for Anxiety-Related Disorders to treat severely anxious or obsessive-compulsive youth who were school avoidant. They received their master's in social work from Silberman School of Social Work at CUNY Hunter. 

Lisa's clinical interests are centered on identity-related concerns such as racial identity including biracial/multiracial, sexual orientation, and gender identity. They have also worked extensively with people with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and family stressors. They utilize an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-based approach with both behavioral and psychodynamic approaches as appropriate. Lisa has a nuanced and intersectional perspective grounded in their lived experience as a queer person of color and child of immigrants.
