Dr Jane Zimmerman joined Yale Health in 2023 as a Postdoctoral Associate. She received her Psy.D. from Baylor University and completed her internship training at the Brattleboro Retreat in Vermont. Her clinical interests include applied sport psychology, specifically stressors related to competition, injury, and retirement. Her research interests are similar. She also enjoys working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depressive, obsessive-compulsive, and trauma/stressor-related disorders. She typically works from an interpersonal/relational and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - based approach.
