Dr. Alicia Londono became a member of Yale Health in 2020. Before joining the staff, she completed her psychiatry residency at Yale, where she served as the program-wide chief resident. During her residency, Alicia spent her third-year training at Yale Mental Health and Counseling, an experience she found so rewarding that she decided to return as a staff member. Following her residency, Alicia pursued further training in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center. She obtained her medical degree from Los Andes University Medical School in Bogotá, Colombia, her hometown.

Alicia leads a CBT-for-anxiety group each semester and her clinical interests encompass anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. She integrates psychopharmacology with principles of psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral approaches in her practice.
