Ryan Petrowsky specializes in Internal Medicine and Adult Primary Care. He also provides inpatient care through his practice’s Inpatient Care Facility, which supports both the IMAC and the Infusion Center. Before this role, he spent five years as a Hospitalist at Yale New Haven Hospital, where he developed a strong appreciation for both the intensity of inpatient care and the lasting relationships that come with primary care.
Dr. Petrowsky values connecting with patients beyond their medical needs—often asking about their work, hobbies, and families. He takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to care, recognizing that medicine is not one-size-fits-all. He emphasizes shared decision-making and believes patient involvement is key to strong relationships and better outcomes.
A Connecticut native, Dr. Petrowsky is married with three children. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he played Division I lacrosse and continues to coach and play. He and his wife enjoy supporting their children in various sports and working on home improvement projects together. In the summer, the family loves spending time at the beach, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. They're also excited to welcome dogs back into their home soon
