I work with adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of nutritional issues and concerns. Some of my areas of expertise include diabetes, heart health, GI disorders, pediatric feeding challenges and women’s health (preconception, pregnancy, and peri/menopause).
I believe in taking a holistic approach with patients. I try to understand all of the factors that might be contributing to their challenges so we can find effective solutions. I work together with patients and families to develop an individualized nutrition and lifestyle plan.
