Member Services is available to assist you by phone, email, or by submitting an online form

When you need to speak to someone in person please call ahead and schedule an appointment.


The Member Services Department provides all of our members and Yale students with information about what their Yale Health plan covers, who is eligible, proof of coverage, and how to enroll. It serves as a general resource for information about Yale Health.

We also assist in registering visitors to Yale who become ill or injured and need services while on campus.

Yale Health is dedicated to achieving a high level of member satisfaction. However, even with the best efforts, there may be times when you need assistance with a particular issue, policy, decision, or patient safety concern. The patient representative can investigate and assist in resolving these issues. Please contact Member Services if there is an issue you would like to discuss.
