Dr. Lora Wu joined Yale Health 2023. Prior to this, she was a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry in human behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She spent time in sleep research and clinical work at the Sleep/Wake Research Centre of Massey University in New Zealand. She completed her predoctoral clinical internship in behavioral medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Lora specializes in health psychology, with an interest in sleep and circadian health and anxiety. She engages evidence-informed approaches with strategies from acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help students identify what they care about and move toward the life they wish to live.
