Anna Andrich joined Yale Health in 2022. Prior to her role as Clinical Care Manager, she worked as a social worker for a mental health service contract through Yale University’s Department of Psychiatry and the Court Support Services Division of Connecticut. Before her time at Yale University, Anna was a behavioral health social worker at Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Pediatric Emergency Department completing psychiatric assessments and addressing children and families social-emotional needs. She started her career at Yale Child Study Center In-Home Services providing trauma-informed psychotherapy to children and their families while working collaboratively with school systems and outpatient mental health providers.  

Throughout her professional career, Anna has focused on how to support individuals in navigating systems to access appropriate and supportive mental health care. She utilizes a holistic and non-judgmental approach to meet individuals at their current level of functioning to support them in connecting to mental health care that matches their clinical needs.
