Dr. Katherine Mini is the Associate Chief of Pediatrics and Co-Lead of the Collaborative Care Embedded Mental Health Program in Pediatrics at Yale University. She is deeply committed to fostering strong connections with families and practices a shared decision-making model that empowers patients and caregivers alike.
Originally from Maine, Dr. Mini has spent her entire life in the Northeast and feels a deep sense of belonging at Yale, having grown up on the Bowdoin College campus. Her background and lifelong connection to the region bring a rich perspective to her clinical work and leadership.
Outside of her professional role, Dr. Mini is the proud parent of three wonderful adult children. She enjoys outdoor water activities, watching films, and traveling.
