Allergy

Yale Health members and students (with Hospitalization & Specialty Coverage) can come to the Allergy Department with a referral.

All visits are by appointment only, no walk-ins.

The allergists are available for appointments on Mondays and Thursdays.

If you are already on allergy immunotherapy (receiving regular allergy shots) from an outside provider have that allergist complete the required forms and call 203-432-8797 and make an appointment with the allergy nurse.
