How do you use a female condom?
The closed end of the sheath is inserted into the vagina. One ring lies inside against the cervix while the other ring remains outside, protecting both the labia and base of the penis.
- A female condom should be used with a spermicidal lubricant.
- A female condom should NOT be used in combination with a male condom.
- It is intended for one time use only.
- Quick tip: You can insert a female condom by putting in on the man's penis before intercourse.
