Sarah Jacobs, MBA, LCSW (she/her)

Sarah Jacobs joined Yale Health in 2021 and became the Clinical Manager of Mental Health and Counseling in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and her Master of Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. Additionally, Sarah received her Master of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and has been a practicing social worker for over 15 years. Before joining Yale Health Sarah oversaw social work services being provided to socially and medically complex patients within Yale New Haven Health System.  

Sarah has a clinical affinity for treating thought disorders and psychosis. She takes an integrative approach to working with patients, pulling from humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapies. Within her current role, Sarah integrates her clinical and business backgrounds to provide informed recommendations for operational and clinical enhancements.
