(She/ Her)

Education

BS: Saint Anselm College, 2008
MSN: University of Saint Joseph, 2015

Sarah Gantley is a dedicated clinician with nine years of experience in gynecology and reproductive medicine, following an eight-year career in intensive care nursing. Her transition into reproductive health was driven by a deep recognition of its personal and universal relevance, as well as a desire to provide the kind of compassionate care that is too often missing from gynecologic experiences.

Sarah is passionate about delivering inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based, and affirming care. She is especially committed to supporting patients in overcoming the fear and stigma that can accompany GYN care, working to dismantle barriers that prevent people from receiving the services they need and deserve. Her clinical interests include trauma-informed gynecological care, sexual health, family planning, and health education. She has also provided gender-affirming care and continues to advocate strongly for LGBTQ+ health equity.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah is the mother of two school-aged children and five beloved fur babies. She enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and is in her third year of learning Spanish on Duolingo. Deeply committed to social justice and community engagement, Sarah remains active in local initiatives promoting health equity and inclusion.
