Peer Health Education Application

Peer Health Educators are a group of Yale University undergraduates who are committed to making a difference in the lives of their peers.

They are required to attend meetings and participate in events. If you are interested in becoming a Peer Health Educator, complete the application below.

1) List any previous experience in health-related peer education.
2) List your current extracurricular activities.
3) What do you believe are your greatest strengths? How do you think they will influence your involvement with the group?
4) What is/are your major campus concerns regarding sexual/health issues? What do you see as the largest need for education/information on campus?
5) Submit an idea for an original poster, interactive activity, slogan, or presentation technique concerning health education. This can include sexual health, nutrition, stress, alcohol, etc. This is an exercise of your creativity and not a test of your knowledge of the subject or artistic ability.
