Our services
Employee Health provides services to all Yale University employees including: physical exams after job offers, evaluation of work related illness/injuries/exposures, immunizations, medical surveillance, evaluation of potential communicable diseases in health care workers, fitness for duty exams, confidential HIV testing for health care workers and consultation and examination of employees who handle hazardous materials.
Appointments
Call (203) 432-7978 to schedule an appointment. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays there is walk-in service for immunizations that are required for your job - please call (203) 432-7978 the day you plan to come in to confirm there has not been a change in the schedule.
