Trumbull Street Construction
Major construction is scheduled to begin the week of November 28th and will require Trumbull Street to become one-way westbound (inbound) between Orange Street and Whitney Avenue through summer 2012.
Two lanes for inbound traffic will remain open during the morning rush hour. Detours using Whitney Avenue, Temple Street, Elm Street and Humphrey Street will be posted for those drivers returning to the highway.
Message boards will advise drivers approaching the area.
Driving directions to 55 Lock Street
Shuttle: The Yale Health Center is accessible by the Yale Shuttle’s Red and Blue Lines. To find the closest Yale Shuttle stop to you, use the real-time Yale Shuttle Vehicle Locator. For a more direct route from the Medical School, take the Blue line and get off at the School of Management at Prospect and Sachem Streets. Take a left on Sachem and continue past Ingalls Rink. The Yale Health Center will be in front of you.

Parking Information
The Lock Street Garage, operated by Yale University's Parking & Transit Department, is adjacent to the Yale Health Center and is available for patient parking. The following fee structure applies:
- First 90 minutes is free
- 90-120 minutes is $2
- 121-180 minutes is $4
- 181 minutes-plus is $2 per hour
- 7 hours-plus is $20
Parking fees may be paid in cash or by Mastercard or Visa.
